Cultiq plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually. Card payments are processed by Stripe, Inc.; WENOTIFT does not receive or store your full card details.
Can I cancel at any time?+
Yes. Email hello@wenotift.com to stop the next renewal. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, with no cancellation fee or minimum term.
What is the refund policy?+
Except where required by law, subscription periods and delivered engagement work are non-refundable. We refund duplicate charges, charges made in error, and charges for services we did not make available. Contact us within 30 days.
Can prices change?+
We may change prices with notice. Any change applies from your next renewal and never to a period you have already paid for.
